Tipper tarps has a version of its sliding bow tarp system that is suitable for carting hot mix ashphalt.
Hot mix  needs a heat resistant cover that will keep the heat in. PVC can be used but will melt if it comes into contact with the hot ashphalt.Flame retardant canvas will not melt or burn and is not effected by petroleum based cleaners. Standard ashphalt cover is cut as a 60% system but it can be customised for more coverage.
